Information about the Website and the Goods
This Part sets out some terms about information on the Website, descriptions of Goods and how you use the Website.
By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to any Notices and Disclaimers.
We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information, errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.
Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in a Retail Shop and in particular you acknowledge and are aware that:

Buying and Reserving Goods
This Part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase or reservation of Goods from us through the Website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “Order”) by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

Confirmation of order
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
We must receive full payment both of the price of the Goods and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an Order dispatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an Order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order dispatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is dispatched.
All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.
From time to time we will have offers and discount codes available but they will be subject to change and availability.
Only one code can be redeemed per transaction and can only be redeemed online. Offers have an expiry date and can strictly not be used in retrospect.

UK Standard delivery Second Class – Signed For £4.00
UK Standard delivery First Class – Signed For £5.10
For addresses within the UK mainland, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 3-5 working days. Items are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For service therefore someone will need to sign for the package.
For addresses within Europe, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7-10 working days. Items are dispatched using Royal Mail Europe Tracked and Signed For service therefore someone will need to sign for the package.
For addresses outside of the UK and Europe (International), we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7-10 working days. Items are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service therefore someone will need to sign for the package.
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. a postal strike).
Once an Order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your goods will be with you soon.
If a parcel gets lost by Royal Mail in the UK, the official time that the parcel is considered lost is 14 working days.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
Sending to a different Address
It is possible to enter the card-holder’s address, and then put a different delivery address if you want to send the items as a gift, or just have them sent to your place of work. Sometimes the bank requires us to do further checks on orders going to different addresses, for your security.
It should be noted that if you are making payment via your personal pay pal account, paypal require the goods to be sent to your account registered address. You will be able to add new addresses during the ordering process when you enter your card details.
If you have already placed your order and have realised that your billing address or shipping address is wrong then you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can update your details before the items are shipped out.
We will always contact you if we think that anything may delay your delivery.
Royal Mail will not leave your parcel in outbuildings, porches, or with a neighbour.
If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, the parcel will be left at the Post Office for your collection. The Postal delivery person is obliged to leave a card through the door to let you know that this has happened.
If the parcel is not collected from the Post Office by a certain date it is returned to us. This date will be shown on the card that the delivery person leaves for you.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch of the goods.
You may receive a refund for all goods returned within 30 days.
If you would like to return something, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE posting your items stating your name, what you are returning and why. We recommend when sending anything back to us that you get a certificate of postage.
Please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state and with all the tags still attached along with a note of your name and address, and the items being returned to:

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the items.
This is subject to the following conditions:
You are responsible for returning the item to us
You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, please ensure that all items are tried on over your child’s underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Our apologies if you have received an item that is faulty.
Please contact us by email: email@example.com BEFORE sending the parcel back and let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.
Please write on the package FAULTY returns, and we will then refund you the price of the postage.
We recommend when sending anything back to us that you get a certificate of postage.
Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 30 days.
We will either refund your card or replace the item (subject to availability) as agreed as soon as possible after receipt of your return.
Acacia Wildlife 4 Kids will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned item(s).
